Abandoned chihuahuas

The latest victims of fashion trends are little chihuahuas who have been over bread and are now filling up shelters. In Sacramento's Animal Shelter the tiny dogs wait to be adopted after they have been abandoned or surrendered by owners unable to care for the dogs. by Hector Amezcua/hamezcua@sacbee.com
