Charly Bates, a mortgage broker for Academy Mortgage in Yuba City dug ditches in Guatemala recently as a "reward" for being top performers for their company. Academy Mortgage is one of a growing trend of companies looking at service trips abroad for employee incentives programs - saying the trips help to build morale and fill employees' desire to add meaning to their lives.   4. Click "close" button.
  5. Record! You must record at least ten seconds before you can stop.
