Contested treatment in Sacramento County Jail
Deputies used force on Joshua Abdallah when he was held for a few hours in May 2010 in the Sacramento County Main Jail. The county has agreed to pay Abdallah $75,000 to settle his civil rights lawsuit over the incident. Video by Sacramento County
