Garrido improperly supervised
A blistering new report concludes that state corrections officials failed repeatedly to properly supervise accused rapist and kidnapper Phillip Garrido for 10 years.

  3. If you are using a built in iSight camera, choose USB Video Class Video from the pulldown menu. You should see video immediately.

  4. Click "close" button.
  5. Record! You must record at least ten seconds before you can stop.
